EU based Greensolver becomes a Climate Bonds Approved Verifier

Climate Bonds Standard Board has approved the Wind & Solar Energy Consultant – Greensolver as a Verifier under the Climate Bonds Standard & Certification Scheme.

Established in 2008, Greensolver is an independent technical expert dedicated to wind and solar assets. From construction & operations (TCM) to advisory services they operate from their offices in Paris, London & Groningen and are certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001 and OHSAS 18001.

As an approved verifier, Greensolver will assess green bond projects' eligibility and compliance with Climate Bonds Wind & Solar criteria, providing certification under the Climate Bonds Standard.

Verifiers play a vital role in the Climate Bonds Standards process. They are contracted by issuers to perform environmental due–diligence on bonds they wish to be certified and provide an independent assurance report to determine the eligibility of the bond against the Standard.
