This list contains the information that we share with Climate Bonds’ Partners, third party organisations who are members of Climate Bonds’ three-tiered programme with access to Climate Bonds’ green bond databases (“Partners”).

Where we transfer your personal information to third parties outside of the UK or European Economic Area (“EEA”) we shall do so only where there are adequate provisions to ensure your privacy.  Where the jurisdiction is not considered adequate by the relevant data authorities, we will put in place alternative contractual measures, as required by data protection laws, including the standard contract clauses in a form approved by the UK Information Commissioner.
