Sustainability-Linked Debt Instrument Certification
Climate Bonds Standard Version 4.1 offers certification of Sustainability-Linked Debt instruments.
These instruments are eligible for Certification under Climate Bonds Standard Version 4.1 if the Climate Mitigation Performance Targets linked to them are aligned with the Climate Bonds Sector Criteria and supported by a Transition Plan and disclosure requirements that meet the requirements defined in this Standard.

To start your certification process, please get in touch at certification@climatebonds.net. You will require a Certification Agreement and an Approved Verifier, you can find these above.
