Amber has worked in marketing for over 20 years' across sectors such as (re)insurance, asset management, wealth management and B2B financial media.

She joined Climate Bonds in July 2024, as Head of Marketing, following her recent experience as Head of Marketing at Canada Life Asset Management, where she was responsible for the marketing strategy and communications, supporting the growth of its customer distribution channels (advisory, institutional, discretionary) across UK, Europe & North America markets.

Passionate about the future of marketing and its impact on people and the planet, she has a certificate in Sustainability, Marketing and Media from the University of Cambridge and certificates in Understanding Responsible Investment and Advanced Responsible Investment Analysis from the PRI Academy.

Duncan Perritt

Director of Finance

Over the last 20 years Duncan has set-up and run the finances for successful start-ups and early stage businesses. His focus is on new technologies and companies which provide disruptive, innovative solutions, most recently in environmentally conscious and progressive sectors. Duncan has worked for large corporates in Energy, chemicals and telecoms and for a diverse range of SMEs covering areas such as smartcards, biometrics, media, financial services, biodiversity monitoring and energy storage. Duncan is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and holds a joint degree in Accountancy and Computer Science.

Senior Sustainable Debt Analyst

Ang joined Climate Bonds in late 2021 and now works as a Research Analyst in the Market Intelligence Team. He primarily works around Climate Bonds Green Bond Database, doing data analysis and use of proceeds analysis for green bonds.

Ang holds an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Gabriel (Gabe) Carhart

Gabriel (Gabe) is a communications professional holding an MSc in Politics and Communications and a BSc in Political Science.

Prior to joining CBI, Gabe worked in Silicon Valley in government where he focused on sustainability, housing, and transportation.

Helen joined CBI in June 2021 as Associate Director of Human Resources during a time of expansion.

Helen is a passionate HR leader with over 25 years international experience in multiple organisations going through growth and transformational change. She has worked across engineering, health, IT, publishing, consultancy, and financial services delivering on long term people strategies with an emphasis on performance, development, culture and engagement in mission orientated environments.

Helen has a track record of working with organisations during scaling up and has a focus on the Employee Experience.

Helen is a Member of the CIPD and has an Advanced Certificate in Employment Law (ACEL - UK).
