Helen joined CBI in August 2024 as Head of Finance. She is a qualified accountant (ACA) with 20 years’ experience leading commercial finance and control teams through periods of significant change. Helen has worked for large corporates in retail, consumer goods and telecoms and brings with her a passion for problem solving and finance transformation, ensuring high quality financial support and insight.

Over the last 20 years Duncan has set-up and run the finances for successful start-ups and early stage businesses. His focus is on new technologies and companies which provide disruptive, innovative solutions, most recently in environmentally conscious and progressive sectors. Duncan has worked for large corporates in Energy, chemicals and telecoms and for a diverse range of SMEs covering areas such as smartcards, biometrics, media, financial services, biodiversity monitoring and energy storage. Duncan is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and holds a joint degree in Accountancy and Computer Science.

Alex completed the ACA at Deloitte in Audit, Banking and Capital Markets Division. Since, he has volunteered through Accounting for International Development at an NGO in India and worked at the Clean Air Fund. 

In her capacity as Assistant Accountant, Lina is responsible for supporting Finance Manager with the daily duties.

She has a Bachelor degree in Accountancy and Finance, and has more than 6 years related experience in the retail industry.

Nathalie has been Project Manager in the Programmes and Projects Office in Climate Bonds Initiative since March 2020. She is originally from Argentina. Her background is in Social Communication, and she has been managing research projects in different fields since 2003:

●      As Project Coordinator for the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) in Brussels

●      Managing the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Genome Project, a Spanish Consortium of 8 institutes participating in the International Cancer Genome (ICGC) in Barcelona

●      And working for Dr Elias Campo and his research group at Hospital Clinic of Barcelona for 9 years, managing all type of projects: national and regional grants, European and International grants.

As project manager her goal is to facilitate the dynamics of the projects and to ensure the successful delivery of the project outputs and their completion in terms of reporting.

Nathalie is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
