Previously he was the Colombia Country manager for Climate Bonds Initiative. He has experience in the financial sector and managing stakeholders’ relations as he previously worked as an Investor Relations Officer in one of the largest Development Banks of Colombia where he structured different financial instruments including the first Sustainable Bond of the country. Andrés is lawyer with a Master´s Degree-LLM, in International Legal Studies from American University in Washington D.C
Zalina Shamsudin close Head of Technical Assistance and Capacity BuildingWith a career that spans more than 28 years, predominantly in corporate advisory; with work experience in six countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, and the Indian sub-continent. Zalina has been a strong advocate for sustainable finance in the last eight years. Her primary area of strength is market development through positioning and creating opportunities for new markets and product innovation. In her last role with the Securities Commission Malaysia, she was pivotal in the creation of capacity development programs that looked at building the financial sector’s technical expertise and experience in sustainable finance. A major focus was also to support industry and regulator’s effort to build recognition of Islamic Finance as responsible finance. She holds an MBA in Finance from CASS Business School of the UK and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Shaorui (Rob) Zhang close Sustainable Debt Data AnalystShaorui (Rob) is a Sustainable Debt Data Analyst. Prior to joining CBI, he worked as an environmental impact analyst, conducting on-site due diligence across China. Then he joined CECEP Consulting as a green finance consultant, where he contributed to amending China's Green Bond Endorsed Project Catalogue. He was responsible for green bond certification and produce post-issuance report. He was also involved in writing up ADB’s climate-resilient city ESMS which attracted China’s first-ever funding from Green Climate Fund. He holds an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College Business School and a BSc (Hons) Environmental Science from the University of Reading.

She joined CBI after nearly 7 years of experience studying and working with international markets and policy. Julia studied at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, PUC-SP, and at Budapest Business School –BGF, completing a BSc in International Relations, specialising in in International Business. Julia is based in São Paolo, Brazil.
