Candace Partridge close Senior Sustainability Data ManagerCandace Partridge is the Sustainable Debt Data Manager, and she helps to aggregate relevant bonds and keeps an eye on developments in the market. She also specialises in the US green municipal market, which she focused on in her doctoral research completed at University College London in 2019.
Ang Gao close Senior Sustainable Debt AnalystAng joined Climate Bonds in late 2021 and now works as a Research Analyst in the Market Intelligence Team. He primarily works around Climate Bonds Green Bond Database, doing data analysis and use of proceeds analysis for green bonds. Ang holds an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
Marian Alejandra Rodriguez close Head of Standards Marian Rodriguez joined Climate Bonds in 2021 as a Senior Sustainability Analyst, developing scientific criteria for industrial sectors to ensure that decarbonization projects and industry assets contribute to climate change mitigation. In 2023, she took responsibility as the Industry Lead in the Standard Team, managing the industrial sectors, including chemicals, steel, cement, and hydrogen production,managing technical advisory groups involving key stakeholders to establish science-based standards. In 2024, she was appointed as the Head of Standards, responsible for the direction and deliverables of the Standards team, defining its strategy, overseeing and guiding the delivery of its program of work, establishing internal and external partnerships to guide it, and helping to secure funding to resource it. Marian has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Colombia and a Master’s in Environment and Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She has 10 years of work experience in the chemical industry, process engineering, technical and commercial advice, industry research, and business development. She also worked for The Netherlands Organisation of Applied Research (TNO), assessing industrial processes and proposing decarbonisation alternatives. Marian was part of the MIDDEN project (Manufactury Industry Decarbonisation Data Exchange Network) led by TNO and PBL (The Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency). She participated in a fellowship program on Hydrogen and Power-to-X developed by Agora Industry in Berlin in 2024. Marian has been a technical advisor in different national green taxonomies, including Mexico, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia taxonomies, and is also part of a Technical Working Group of the Green Hydrogen Organisation. She is passionate about sustainability, nature, and animals and loves to impact the environment and society positively.
