Mikhail is an experienced specialist in green economics, international relations and project management. He has over ten years of experience in analysing international political and economic processes, consulting and project management in the field of green economy and finance. He participated in the development of green taxonomies for Russia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Rwanda. He led the development of Thailand's green taxonomy. Author of more than 1 thousand materials and multimedia projects on international relations and green economy. Member of the Asian Forum on Global Governance.

He speaks Russian, English, Chinese and Serbian. Based in Serbia.

Scarlett Shi is Climate Bond Initiative’s Partnership Manager based in Shanghai. She is responsible for partnership building, business development and operation of Shanghai office. Previously she worked as the Head of Business Engagement of Lujiazui Financial City Green Finance Development Center. Before that Scarlett worked for British Consulate-General Shanghai and UK Department for International Trade, promoting trade and investment of UK-China Financial Service, especially in Green Finance and Asset Management.

Scarlett graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science, with a master degree in Management, Organisations and Governance.
 

Shaoxin Li

China Agri Transition Lead

Shaoxin is China Agriculture Transitions Lead, aiming to accelerate the transition of agriculture and food systems toward a net-zero, resilient, and sustainable future.

Previously, she was Senior Manager at SynTao, driving sustainable business by providing ESG consultancy and sustainable solutions. Before embarking on the journey with CBI, Shaoxin began her career at United Nation Environment Programme (UNEP) to stimulate sustainable supply chains in China, and has worked for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and Innovation Green Development Program (iGDP), focusing on food system development and green finance in China.

Shaoxin hold a Masters Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Queensland.

Andrés Felipe Sánchez

Head of LatAm and Caribbean Programmes

Andrés is the Head of LatAm for Climate Bonds Initiative and is responsible for leading the efforts to develop the sustainable finance markets across Latin America and the Caribbean. 

Previously he was the Colombia Country manager for Climate Bonds Initiative. He has experience in the financial sector and managing stakeholders’ relations as he previously worked as an Investor Relations Officer in one of the largest Development Banks of Colombia where he structured different financial instruments including the first Sustainable Bond of the country.

Andrés is lawyer with a Master´s Degree-LLM, in International Legal Studies from American University in Washington D.C

Mari Chrys Pablo

Agri-Food Systems Program Coordinator

Chrys works as Program Coordinator of Agri-Food System Transition at Climate Bonds Initiative.

Prior to joining Climate Bonds, she worked as Senior Program Officer at The Asia Foundation. Chrys has more than seven years of combined work experience in adaptive program management, policy advocacy campaign, and program coordination.

She holds a master’s degree in Management, Economics and Consumer Studies from Wageningen University, and bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from University of the Philippines,

Chrys is based in Antwerp, Belgium.
