A new 20 year bond issued by IFC in Peruvian currency (PEN), PEN 118 million (approximately USD 42 million). AAA, 20 year, zero-coupon with an implied yield of 5.3% p.a.

IFC issues RMB500m ($47m) green bond for climate investments. FT calls it "another step forward in internationalising China's currency"

The bond will be used to support climate-friendly investments in emerging markets.

It's the first green bond issued by a multilateral institution in the offshore Chinese markets. The bond, which yields 2%, saw demand from investors in Asia and Europe. HSBC is the sole lead manager for the bond.

EIB (AAA) taps Climate Awareness Bond (Nov 2019) for further EUR250m = largest green bond issued to date. 2/3 investors European, ¼ Nordic.

This week the EIB announced it is tapping its Climate Awareness Bond for a further EUR250m in an announcement that makes takes the bond up to at least EUR900m. This is the first time the EIB has tapped the 1.375% November 2019 bond.
