The first bond in March 2017 was issued through their sub holding Potami Energia SA.
The first bond's proceeds were directed to three wind farms with a total capacity of 75MW in the state of Piaui, Brazil.
The second bond in November 2017, was issued through their sub holding OMEGA ENERGIA & IMPLANTAÇÃO 2 S.A.
The second bond's proceeds were directed to the recently completed Delta 3 wind farm in the state of Maranhao, Brazil.
