Ma 'anshan Rural Commercial Bank was established in 2009 and headquartered in Ma ‘anshan City, in Anhui province. It operates as a general services bank, providing lending services to corporate and retail customers. As of mid 2018, it had 58 branches.
The proceeds will be used to refinance the bank’s financing which support the following projects:
Solar PV facilitites and water sewage treatment plants, all located in Anhui province, just west of Shanghai.
This is the first bank in China to issue a domestic Certified bond.
