DUO is a major urban mixed use project encompassing 1,130,200 sq. ft. (105,000 m²) in the landmark "Rive Gauche" project in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. Designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, it consists of two towers (29 and 39 storeys), as well as many areas open to the public and more than 21,500 sq. ft. (2,000 m²) of green space. It will achieve outstanding energy performance with LEED® Platinum, HQE® and Effinergie+ certification.
It is jointly owned by Natixis and Ivanhoe Cambridge and developed by the latter.
