CELSIA COLOMBIA S.A. E.S.P (formerly known as Empresa de Energia del Pacifico SA (EPSA)) is a electricity generation and distribution company in Colombia. Its existing generation assets are mostly hydroelectric and it is now expanding into solar generation.
This bond will help it finance the construction of 4 new solar farms in different locations across Colombia, with a total capacity of approximately 200MW.
