Selena Chapman

Selena has worked in strategy, marketing and communications for over 25 years across a wide range of commercial and non-profit entities.



She joined Climate Bonds as Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing in December 2023, having most recently developed and led the marketing and communications team for CDP, the non-profit that runs the leading global environmental disclosure system.



Prior to CDP, she was Marketing and Communications Director at one of the UK’s largest charities, Marie Curie, where she transformed the commercial approach of the business through her brand, digital and strategic marketing expertise.



Alongside leadership roles in Marketing and Communications, she has held a number of non-executive director positions; is a British Sign Language interpreter and Special Educational Needs advocate and was a consultant for the Cranfield Trust, where she gained an MBA at Cranfield Business School.
