Rosamund Barker

Rosamund joined CBI in November 2022. She is a commercially minded UK and Hong Kong qualified finance lawyer having spent many years working on capital markets transactions at an international law firm, with considerable expertise in risk, compliance and governance issues associated with not-for-profit associations. Her strengths lie in reviewing strategic direction, communication, building relationships and influencing stakeholders. She also has a great interest and experience in green and sustainable finance being formerly responsible for the APLMA's green and sustainable finance efforts including the development of the globally recognised Green, Sustainability-Linked and Social Loan Principles. She is a regular conference speaker on this subject.
