Nicola Adams-Hendry

Nicola joined CBI in August 2022 from a background in Financial Services having held positions at Morgan Stanley and Barclays where she undertook a broad spectrum of senior operational roles spanning Change and Transformation, Regulatory Delivery, Middle and Back Office across multiple asset classes. Nicola has built, led and developed global teams of technical specialists through to large-scale operations with a focus on designing and implementing target operating models, governance frameworks and efficient workflows. Nicola has spent time working in Budapest, New York and Mumbai.



Nicola holds a Diploma in Operational Risk (Charted Institute for Securities & Investment).
