Leandro Waquil

More than 18 years of experience in corporate finance in brazilian and multinational companies, with outstanding performance in treasuries – from cash routines, financial risk management, financial strategy and planning, structuring of financial transactions in capital and financial markets – and team management. Fast entrepreneurial experience as partner in a business consulting firm. Most recently, responsible for the treasury and investor relations department of a large Brazilian logistic infrastructure company. Living in Portugal since September/22, concluded the Post-Graduation in Sustainable Business at ISEG (ULisbon). Firmly Believes that the connection between finance, business and sustainability can drive economic development with prosperity.



Economist graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of São Paulo, with an international academic exchange held in 2007 at the University of Porto – Portugal and an executive MBA in finance at Saint Paul School of Business, completed in 2016. Participation in the trainee program of ETH Bioenergia during 2008. Obtained the Certificate in ESG Investing, issued by CFA UK in October 2021.
