Professional Bio 

With over a decade of work experience in the fields of international development, law, project management, and capacity building, Isabella is a passionate and driven Programme Design and Operations Manager at Climate Bonds Initiative. She has a Master of Arts in International Development from Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Ibmec Business School and a Certificate in Climate and Investing from CFA UK. She is committed to advancing the global transition to a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy, and to empowering stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to accelerate green finance and investment.

 

As Programme Design and Operations Manager, Isabella is accountable for the programme design, proposal development, and contract negotiations of all training projects. She also leads and manages the training team's portfolio of projects, ensuring the effective delivery of Climate Bonds objectives, implementing and monitoring quality standards, and fostering collaboration and innovation. She has successfully delivered +200 training programmes to diverse audiences, such as regulators, financial institutions, policymakers, and civil society organizations, across various sectors in over 120 countries. Isabella speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French and is currently based in Marseille, France.
