Ready, Set, Transition

To meet global climate targets, a rapid transition to a green future is imperative. Certain sectors, particularly those with high carbon emissions, may require significant strategy reshaping and transformation. Climate Bonds is leading the way by establishing standards for high-emitting industries like steel and cement, providing clarity to investors seeking credible transition opportunities, and showcasing best practices for industries aiming to decarbonize. The time has come for a swift, robust, and credible transition to pave the way towards a net-zero future.

Under the theme "Ready, Set, Transition", this year's Climate Bonds Connect series will center around facilitating a credible global transition from brown to green, aligning with the ambitious and inclusive goals of the Paris Agreement.

While urgency is crucial, there is also reason for optimism. Economies worldwide are shifting towards low-carbon industries and recognizing the need for adaptability as we strive for climate resilience. The speed at which we facilitate this pivotal transition is in our hands.

Continental, Inimitable Events

The global conference will take place in London on November 9th, 2023. We are particularly excited to kick off with training on the 8th, bringing together thought leaders and decision-makers from around the world to address the most pressing issues in the sustainable finance sphere.

Regional seminars will also be held in the Americas and Asia, emphasizing regional market development and opportunities for the private sector and governments to contribute to the fight against climate disasters.

Ahead of our Hong Kong seminar in June, a training day in partnership with ICMA will set the tone, and our New York event will coincide with Climate Week, adding extra significance.

Regular updates will be provided on the website, so be sure to check back, register, and engage in the online conversation.

Be part of the change.

We look forward to seeing you there.
