Climate Bonds Announces Conference21 – The 2030 Green Window

Registration now open - Premier event will discuss mobilising capital for climate action 

 

The Climate Bonds Initiative today announced the fifth annual Climate Bonds Conference, to be held 6-10th September, 2021. This pivotal event brings together the foremost industry and thought leaders to discuss how debt capital markets can finance climate action.

This year, the conference will focus on the window of opportunity to meet 2030 decarbonisation targets and will feature speakers from organisations and governments across the globe.

Discounts are available for Climate Bonds Partners and attendees from emerging markets. The event will be conducted entirely in English, and live interpretation will be available in Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin.

Thursday: The 2030 Green Window

Time is ticking. While we gathered an accumulative of USD 100 trillion of investments in green bonds by December 2020, we need the same amount every year for investments in climate change. Our Global Day focus on international cooperation and the Green Window we need to step through to get the main blocs committed and acting.

 

 

 

 

Friday: Transition & The 2030 Targets
