最新一期中国绿色债券市场季报现已发布，它介绍了近期绿色债券发行、市场发展与政策更新。

第三季度中国绿色债券发行动力进一步提升，在多家城市商业银行和地方政府投融资平台的发行活动提振下，发行金额达到623.6亿人民币，环比增长13%，是今年以来绿色债券发行量最多的一个季度。
数据速览：
- 截至9月末，中国绿色债券发行总量达到1418.7亿人民币
- 中国贴标绿色债券当中符合国际标准的比例为63.5%
- 以高评级为主，信用等级分布更加均衡
- 84%的债券期限在1至7年，长期债券发行增加
- 57%的绿色债券接受了第二方意见
- 第三季最大绿色债券发行人：
- 武汉地铁集团 （65亿人民币）
- 国家开发银行（50亿人民币）
- 中国长江三峡集团（35亿人民币）

中债估值中心今年8月公布，在中债—中国绿色债券指数系列新一期样本券中纳入9只地方政府债券。在本次识别工作中，发现地方政府专项债在环境信息披露方面仍存在改善的空间，如募投项目信息披露详细程度差异较大，基本未披露相关项目的定量指标等。
