I hope this message finds you well.

We are inviting you to take part in user testing for our newly developed Certification AI chatbot.

As an approved verifier, you are well placed to judge whether its answers hold up. Your insight would be extremely valuable in helping us ensure the tool works well for you and other users — and we would really appreciate a few minutes of your time to try it out.

You can access the chatbot on the bottom right of this page.

Please take a few minutes to:

1. Ask the chatbot three or more certification-related questions of your choosing.
2. Evaluate the responses for accuracy, tone and voice, and how well it handles its limitations.
3. Fill in the short feedback form on the right-hand side of the page.

This should take no more than ten minutes. Feel free to complete it whenever suits you, before Friday, 21 August.
