Charles has more than twenty years of climate-focused advisory experience across the private sector, multilateral institutions, governments, and NGOs on five continents. He previously served as Chief Strategy and Impact Officer for the Green Climate Fund and as Global Solutions Lead for Climate, Decarbonisation, and Nature at KPMG International. Charles is an independent advisor and a Non-Executive Director of the Chapter Zero Alliance, the global network connecting board directors on climate governance. He holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from Cambridge University.
