Lucia is a fundraising professional with over 10 years of experience working in international organisations.



At the Climate Bonds Initiative her primary focus is across fundraising, grants and philanthropic partnerships development, including donors’ engagement and stewardship.



She is passionate about the promotion of human rights and climate action. Prior to joining CBI she was the Engagement Manager for a humanitarian aid organisation for several years. She holds a Master's Degree in Institutions and Policies of Human Rights and Peace from the University of Padua (Italy).

Eva Yu is a part-time intern at Climate Bonds Initiative as part of the China Team.

Eva holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, and is currently working on her master's thesis on carbon pricing at Leiden University.

Experienced in sustainable finance, public policy, and project management, Caline supports the development and adoption of global green and transition finance taxonomies.



Prior to her role at Climate Bonds, Caline was part of the Sustainability Group under the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She was primarily responsible for the development of the Singapore and ASEAN taxonomies that guided the energy transition of the region, especially through the early and managed phase-out of coal.



Caline holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Earth Systems Science from the Nanyang Technological University Asian School of the Environment.

Dan is an experienced IT Systems Engineer, who has been working at Climate Bonds Initiative since April 2024. Previously, he worked for a range of managed service providers across a varied portfolio of clients; gaining experience of the M365 platform.
