Previous Fee Policy (for Certification Agreements signed before 1 July 2024) 

Under the previous policy, the following fees apply: 

  • Minimum Fee: 
     
    • USD $2,000 for issuers in developed countries.
    • USD $1,000 for issuers in developing countries.
    • The Minimum Fee is charged upon awarding the Certification label. 
       
  • Variable Fee: 
     
    • Calculated as 0.00001 (1/10th of a basis point) of the bond issuance amount.
    • If the Variable Fee exceeds the Minimum Fee, the difference is payable at the time of bond issuance. 

For Programmatic Certification Issuers: 

  • The Minimum Fee applies only to the first bond issued under the program.
  • For the first bond, the Variable Fee is calculated as 1/10th of a basis point of the issuance amount. If the Variable Fee exceeds the Minimum Fee, the difference is payable at the time of bond issuance.
  • For subsequent issuances, the Variable Fee is calculated based on the aggregate issuance amounts across the program.
  • Any previously billed fees, including the Minimum Fee, are deducted from the cumulative Variable Fee.
  • The Variable Fee will be billed only if it results in a positive amount.
