Climate Bonds Initiative approves Infrata Limited as an Approved Verifier under the Climate Bonds Standard

Expanding verification support for sustainable finance instruments

London, 04/09/2025 — Climate Bonds Initiative is pleased to formally confirm that the Climate Bonds Standard Board has approved Infrata Limited, a dss+ company, under the Climate Bonds Standard to conduct Use of Proceeds, Asset, Entity, and Sustainability-Linked Debt (SLD) verification engagements.

Founded in 2011, Infrata Limited is a globally recognised provider of technical, commercial, and sustainability advisory services for infrastructure projects. With offices in London, Toronto, Madrid and Bogotá, and involvement in over 1,200 infrastructure projects worldwide since 2011, Infrata brings deep expertise and a global perspective to climate-aligned finance. In July 2024, the company was acquired by dss+, a global leader in operational risk management, further strengthening its capacity to support sustainable investment at scale.

As an Approved Verifier, Infrata Limited is now authorised to support issuers seeking independent, science-aligned verification of their sustainable finance instruments, including green bonds, climate-aligned assets, full-entity financing, and sustainability-linked debt instruments.
