The Climate Bonds Training Programme equips financial market actors with the knowledge and tools to scale credible sustainable finance, resilience investment, and transition planning worldwide.

Delivered through interactive, practical, and tailored courses, the programme supports participants across all stages of market maturity—from foundational understanding of GSS+ bonds to advanced modules on adaptation, resilience, and transition finance. Training combines Climate Bonds’ taxonomies, datasets, and sector expertise to help participants design credible strategies and align investments with a 1.5°C and resilient future.

Course pathways include Foundation, Deep Dive, and Advanced/Specialist levels, covering topics such as green, social, and sustainability-linked bonds; transition plans; adaptation and resilience finance; and public sector resilience financing. Modules integrate the Climate Bonds Resilience Taxonomy (CBRT), which structures learning around seven key resilience themes—from infrastructure and food systems to cities, health, and natural capital.
