It reviews the current state of China’s coal power sector, examines international practices, and explores financial pathways to support the transition. The study provides a clear overview of ongoing reforms and opportunities to align domestic initiatives with globally recognised standards.

气候债券倡议组织（CBI）联合北京大学能源研究院气候变化与能源转型项目（CCETP）联合发布最新报告，系统梳理我国煤电转型进展及金融支持现状，并对国际煤电转型金融实践进行了比较分析。

在此基础上，报告立足中国国情、借鉴国际经验，提出煤电行业转型金融的总体思路：在保障能源安全的前提下，优先支持减排效应显著、技术经济可行的转型路径，并逐步与国际市场普遍关注的“可信转型”“公正转型““避免碳锁定“等理念相衔接。围绕这一思路，报告从标准体系、融资机制和关键主体三方面提出六项具体行动建议。
