Xiaoyan Shen

Xiaoyan Shen is a communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic project management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Currently based in Shanghai, she leads communications and media initiatives to advance sustainable finance and climate action in China, coordinating cross-functional campaigns and large-scale events. Previously, she worked at Caixin Global and WorldSkills International.

Xiaoyan holds a Master’s in English-Chinese Interpreting from Shanghai International Studies University and a Bachelor’s from Sun Yat-sen University, with hands-on experience in cross-cultural communication and multilingual project coordination.
