Selina Segbefia is an environment and development professional with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects across sustainable development, climate, philanthropy, and private sector development. She has worked with international organisations, research institutions, NGOs, and private sector actors, supporting stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, and resource mobilisation.
At Climate Bonds Initiative, Selina supports the coordination and delivery of climate adaptation and resilience programmes across South and South East Asia.
Prior to joining Climate Bonds Initiative, Selina worked with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), where she coordinated project operations for the implementation of a US$2.3 million project. She also worked as an Associate Consultant with Mindnet Technologies, supporting green SMEs to access financing and technical assistance.
At the University of Leeds and the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), she also contributed to research on food waste reduction and climate-smart agriculture.
Selina holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of Leeds.
