Sarah Jabir

Sarah is a programme management specialist with experience leading complex, multi-partner portfolios across climate and livelihoods, global health and humanitarian response. She has worked across East and West Africa, managing multilateral donor-funded programmes at the intersection of public institutions and government systems reform. Her expertise spans end-to-end programme delivery, complex institutional donor compliance and governance & coordination, with a focus on strengthening operational systems and accountable delivery structures.
Prior to joining Climate Bonds Initiative, she held roles with Save the Children, Concern Worldwide, the United Nations and King’s Global Health Partnerships. At Climate Bonds Initiative, Sarah works on adaptation and resilience programmes across South and Southeast Asia, supporting the development of governance frameworks, programme management systems and cross-team coordination mechanisms.
Sarah holds a BA in Geography and an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies, both from the London School of Economics.
