Ross Clark

Ross is an experienced programme leader with a track record of delivering high-impact, multi-million-pound programmes across a variety of sectors. As Global Head of PMO at Heriot-Watt University, he led transformational initiatives underpinned by a robust change management framework. He previously oversaw the £22.4M National Robotarium, working with government, industry, and academia to deliver global-impact innovation. His expertise in strategic alignment and complex stakeholder delivery supports CBI’s mission to drive climate action through effective project governance.

Ross is also a board member at Starting Step which is social enterprise supporting individuals facing barriers to work by providing skills development, training programs, and practical employment support.
