A Law graduate with more than twenty years working across commercial and not‑for‑profit sectors, Rebecca has dedicated her professional life to helping organisations build strong, capable, and future‑ready teams. She understands that businesses thrive when their people do. 

Her work centres on understanding what people need to perform at their best—whether that’s strategic workforce planning, clear resource management, or opportunities to learn, grow and stretch. She is particularly passionate about equipping managers with the confidence and skills to lead well, knowing they play a pivotal role in shaping the everyday employee experience. Operating at a global level has given her a deep appreciation for the richness that different cultures, perspectives and backgrounds bring to a workplace.
