A Law graduate with more than twenty years working across commercial and notforprofit sectors, Rebecca has dedicated her professional life to helping organisations build strong, capable, and futureready teams. She understands that businesses thrive when their people do. 

Her work centres on understanding what people need to perform at their best—whether that’s strategic workforce planning, clear resource management, or opportunities to learn, grow and stretch. She is particularly passionate about equipping managers with the confidence and skills to lead well, knowing they play a pivotal role in shaping the everyday employee experience. For Rebecca, an excellent employee experience is the foundation of a healthy, highperforming organisation.

Operating at a global level has given her a deep appreciation for the richness that different cultures, perspectives and backgrounds bring to a workplace. She partners closely with leaders and coaches’ individuals to ensure Climate Bonds can deliver its mission with clarity and purpose. Her commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion runs through everything she does—ensuring that people practices are fair, accessible, and genuinely reflective of the communities they serve.

She has a proven ability to design, improve and embed people processes from scratch, ensuring they evolve with changing organisational needs while reflecting best practice and meeting all legal requirements.
