Krizia Ferrer

Krizia Ferrer is a Senior Analyst in the Capacity Building and Technical Assistance team at Climate Bonds Initiative. She has experience working across capital markets, sustainable finance policy, and ESG risk advisory in both public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Climate Bonds, Krizia worked at the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, where she led sustainable finance policy initiatives and contributed to key regional efforts under the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum, including the development of the ASEAN Taxonomy and sustainable bond standards. She also supported banks and corporates in integrating climate and environmental risks into their operations during her time with EY’s Risk Consulting practice.

Krizia has worked extensively on green bond market development and capacity building in Southeast Asia and regularly speaks on sustainable finance topics.
