Elizabeth Grayer

Elizabeth is a New York-based attorney.  Following a 20-year career as a litigation partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City, Elizabeth began a second professional chapter in the world of nonprofit leadership, currently as an interim C-Suite executive.  Among other things, she has served as the Interim Director of Risk Management and General Counsel for Climate Bonds Initiative; led Legal Momentum, the oldest legal defense and education fund for women in the United States; run operations on an interim basis for Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), which works to help underserved students and young adults succeed in high school, college and professional careers; and been the Interim Executive Director of Every Mother Counts, a maternal health advocacy organization.
