Alessia has over 15 years of experience building and leading high-impact, high-achieving teams to support organisations reaching ambitious goals. She thrives in leading the development and implementation of organisational and departmental strategies and leading her teams to success.

She moved to London in 2004 for what was meant to be one year- to study for her MA in Intelligence and International Security at King’s College. 1Nearly 20 years later she still lives, works, and has fun in the Big Smoke.
