Rebecca is a Law graduate who has spent over two decades helping both commercial and not-for-profit organisations to establish, embed and lead their talent acquisition strategy. She strongly believes people are at the heart of any organisation and is a huge advocate of effective workforce planning to ensure the right talent and skills are in place and at the right time.
She partially enjoys operating at a global level and is passionate about sourcing the very best talent to enable CBI to drive its mission. A huge champion of diversity and equality she is committed to providing recruitment practices that are fully inclusive, recognising the value that different perspectives and backgrounds bring to an organisation.
