The Standard aims to provide clarity to investors as to the low carbon integrity of buildings and energy efficiency investments linked to Green Bonds. To qualify, buildings are required to be in the top 15% of performers when it comes to emissions, or to achieve deep cuts in emissions when energy efficiency investments are made (click for more details).
